General Odierno Says ISIS was Avoidable
Gen. Raymond Odierno said he believes the Islamic State’s creation was avoidable during an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.
Host Joe Scarborough asked Odierno, who commanded the Multi-National Forces in Iraq for about two years, if ISIS and the current state of Iraq were avoidable when the United States ended formal combat operations there.
“Did it ever have to begin? Was ISIS avoidable?” Scarborough asked.
“I think it is, and I’m not one for revisionist history,” Odierno said. “Actually, I was, on 1 September 2010, that’s when I gave up command in Iraq and that was the end of, we declared that was the end of combat operations when I left.”
“What was the state of Iraq when we got out of there?” Scarborough said.
“Yeah, so it was in great shape. Violence was down, the economy was growing, a fairly stable political system, although there were signs that maybe it wouldn’t be so stable, so it was going well,” Odierno said. “And I think if we had stayed, I think it could have made a difference. Now that’s easy to say now, you have to get the Iraqis to approve that and I think Secretary Gates made a point yesterday that Iraq probably wouldn’t let us bring in hundreds of thousands or tens of thousands of people back into Iraq for a lot of reasons.”
“And so I think we have to now come up with a strategy that works within the political framework that’s been established or the political, I would say, disarray that we have in that region now and we have to really think hard through that,” Odierno said.

Of course it was avoidable.
Obama withdrew from there. Just left there to let these guys take over with their atrocity fueled offensive.
They were nothing with us there.
And simultaneously, Obama released prisoners or traded those who would go on to lead The Islamic State.
Obama couldn’t have done more if he was trying to purposely do it.
No. The creation of ISIS was necessary in order to push Muslim refugees out of the Middle East and INTO Europe and the United States. This was the plan from the get go. Announced U.S. withdrawal from Iraq and the hurried bombing of Libya without Congressional approval was also part of the overall plan to flood the EU and U.S. with millions more Muslims, thus expanding the Caliphate.

ISIS, in one form or the other, was longed planned by Saddam Hussein. It was a post-American/Allies occupation revival plan for the Sunnis with, or without Saddam. That is why Al-Dura or Duri or a top Iraqi general with a similar name became its’ head (he was on the Deck of Evil 25 cards wanted list).
What Al Dura did was to pull out of hiding Saddam’s plans and put them into action, but he added a Islamic fanaticism to it that had not necessarily existed before.
Thanks to Cleric Moqtadar (Mooky) and his crazy Shite murderers of Sunnis, what had been severe but limited political/religious strife became all-out Islamic Jihad with a Caliphate ideology, with the Shiites getting hit hard even in Baghdad.
That is what elevated the traditional internal religious divisions into ethnic and religious genocide plus Al Dura’s fight against the Allies who overthrew Saddam.
Obama and his quislings made all this possible by deliberately taking our troops out of Iraq. This was an act of treason about our military personnel. Hopefully a Trump Administration will bring those guilty of this treason to trial and prison.
