A difference without a distinction. Iranian women used to be among the freest in the Islamic world when the Shah was in power. That all ended with Khomeini. They may have a few more freedoms than Saudis, but not compared to Turkey or Indonesia.

Again, Shi'a make up only 10% of the Muslims in the world. They reside primarily in Iran. Iran is the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. They helped kill many Americans in Iraq.
