Not by much at all. If you think of the big picture, that is what happened. And in more places than just one. That means Heartless & Co. either make a LOT of mistakes - or it was planned that way.

He understands what works in modern American politics better than any GOP presidential candidate in 30 years. The Dems use hyperbolic speech constantly and it sticks to our guy. It works especially well on those “independents”. This is why Dilbert creator Scott Adams has been blogging for months on Trump’s skills as a Master Persuader.

Out job is not to point out that he is being hyperbolic. Our job is press the issue and act like he is NOT being hyperbolic and we know that what he is saying is absolute truth whenever we encounter a Progressive acquaintance.

That’s how they beat us. They force us to stipulate that our rhetoric is over-the-top and then they claim that theirs is based on pure truth (not facts, but truth—for Progressives, there is a difference).
