I don’t know about other mid eastern airlines but all Saudia Airlines planes have a large compass overhead in the cabin pointing to Mecca. A few people pray in the aisles even though they don’t need to while traveling. They have to make up for it when they do finish their travel.

Yup...I've flown Emirates about a half dozen times over the last few years and they have that.It's not large but it is obvious.

I never saw that but I did see people who appeared to be praying...Arab type people.
