The problems in Philly will, as you say, be at the downtown hotels. They may try to sneak people onto the convention floor to try and draw attention to what’s going on outside the hall.
I just got off the phone with a colleague working the Cleveland convention. The security is being run from the airport, the convention is downtown. I retract my previous statement. Cleveland is going to be a complete mess. Lucky me, I get to do both.
