In Chicago, in 2009 & 2011, IIRC, 70% of the murder VICTIMS had police records. THAT is why whites don’t care. No one cares about CRIMINALS killing CRIMINALS.

Cities "where guns are effectively banned" represent huge gun free zones and are, therefore, the most dangerous place you can be if you don't have any other means to protect yourselves. The single most dangerous places in cities are those neighborhoods that even cops avoid.
Simple solution; Mandatory 5 year sentence (on top of any other sentence) for anyone previously convicted of a violent felony and found in possession of a firearm. I don’t have much fear of Martha Stewart gunning me down.
Have a different program for anyone adjudicated mentally deficient.
3% of the total Populations is responsible for over 50% of the Violent Crime in this Nation.
The 3% is composed of Males between 15 and 35 Years of age.

Black people use guns in defense of their lives, persons, or stuff all the time, at percentage in excess of their population numbers (and good for those that do!) ... but of course that doesn’t stop SJWs acting as if self defense laws, like everything else, is racist.

Whites have nothing to do with it. but there is complacency. Violence, including gun violence is the natural outcome of black culture.
Stop the drug use. Stop the fatherless households. Stop the rebellious music and lifestyles. Quit with the whitey's rules mentality. Nobody is oppressing you but other blacks.
Blacks do everything they can to be different from Whitey and then they complain because their life is a mess.

The way to really put dampers on criminal activity is if criminals believe their would-be victims are perfectly happy to shoot them and maybe even do a jig as they bleed out.
As most criminals victimize those of their own race, or at least in their own area, and this seems to include most rioting or looting too, this means that folks need to be willing to put down others that look like them (in self defense, of course).
... and not wait for the police to eventually show up.
It would be happy times in many communities if the criminal element was absolutely pants-wetting terrified of their armed and willing peaceable neighbors.
Of course that also means coming to the point that you sneer and shake your heads when some clueless relative prattles on about what a good boy their little gang banger was rather than get all emotional about the tragedy of junior’s death while he was committing a crime.
I don’t think they are. I think some a scared though.
But I also look at back conviction rates and the difficulty of empaneling a jury to sit in judgment of a black defendant that lacks for black jurors ... and I’ve drawn the conclusion that black jurors are more willing to convict black defendants, not less (as defense lawyers seem to think).
My reasoning is simple: it takes everyone to convict, so either black jurors are weak willed and easily bullied by eeeevil white jurors are the above is true.
The race hustlers have made hay for decades in the courts using disparate impact. Let’s apply it to gun ownership - no black males under 35 can legally own a gun.
That might make a good question for Hitlery seeing as how she cares so deeply about violent guns.
