Those parties are not right wing as the USA understands the term. They are “right wing” per the USSR’s definition, i.e. to the USSR’s right because they do not impose state atheism particularly. The USA’s definition of conservatism is rare to nonexistent outside our borders, frankly.
In other words, different flavors of it.
