While I think Foster may have committed suicide I absolutely think that it’s likely that his body was removed to where it was found precisely to keep the Clintons out of it.

Discounting the claim by a trooper that Chelsea’s nanny called him saying she’d just seen Foster kill himself in their office complex, the simple fact that when Hillary later found Foster’s hand annotated copy of her Rose Law billing records means that the Clintons had swept through his office at some point, maybe even while he was still warm. Obstruction of Justice is the least charges they should be facing.

Yes, I believe they kept the FBI and Justice Department out of his office for about 3 days while they cleaned it up. Someone had tried to destroyed his computer as well, if I remember correctly, the investigators speculated someone had repeatedly dropped it from a height until the hard drive was unusable.

The issue is resurfacing because the resignation letter and memos from Starr’s lead prosecutor, Miguel Rodriguez, have been unearthed. Rodrriguez resigned in protest because of the cover up of evidence and the department's reaction to his pursuit of the facts.
