Tracking kids via microchip

"“If it’ll save my kid, there’s no stuff that’s too extreme,” she told us. “Micro-chipping would be an extra layer of protection, if something bad does happen.”

However, Steffany is in the minority, when it comes to the Tampa Bay Moms Group in which she’s involved. “I’m definitely the odd mom out,” she told us. “But, I stand by my opinion. I think Microchipping, is a good thing.” The topic has come up from time to time within the popular group of Bay Area mothers, and Steffany’s stance on the controversial issue has been extremely unpopular, she admits. She maintains that the other moms thought she was a bit crazy, joking that they call her a “government conspiracy theorist.” But, she adds, “If a small chip the size of a grain of rice could have prevented a tragedy, I think most parents would have said, I think I would have done it.”

“My sister got a puppy golden chipped. The dog developed a rare cancer and died young. The Vet suspected the chip, as not all, but some younger dogs and cats were getting cancer and it was unusual.”

My sister’s friend’s grandmother smokes everyday and shoots herself in the head every night. Still no cancer.

ON a related note, with the heinous TSA lines, many of my friends have gotten the TSA pre-check, which requires some background info and FINGERPRINTS.

Though I would like to expedite my security screening when flying, I am concerned about providing so much info to TSA...Anyone have thots on this?

...I actually thought about putting up a separate thread on this.

Citizen, if you are innocent of thought crime, then you have nothing to worry about.
DHS pre-check is double plus good!

My vet admitted it; I had read it before and asked her. She said it was a very minor increase in cancer, not enough to worry about.

She’s a crazy cat lady though, for real. Cray cray.

Hubby needs to micro chip his glasses as he can never seem to remember where he pulled them off. MARK OF THE BEAST 666.

As for Tats they’ve been around forever it seems, even I have a nice classy Christian Cross one.
