The transgender movement has never been about “gender.” It’s all about sex. Sex is the real target. “Gender” is merely the politicized linguistic vehicle that facilitates a legal ban on sex distinctions.

There aren’t a whole lot of dots to connect to uncover the logic of where this leads: if you abolish sex distinctions in law, you can abolish state recognition of biological family ties, and the state can regulate personal relationships and consolidate power as never before.

When North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory (R) signed his state's law... his opponent seized not on McCrory's alleged affront to LGBT rights, but instead opted for a different attack: McCrory is bad for business....

Some discriminations are the requirement of sanity. Those who do not act like what nature and nature’s God made them are mentally off base and it should not be tolerated at the expense of the common good. They should be lovingly told they cannot behave that way in public.

Because they’re terrified by the media and the thugs.

There is a higher purpose in standing up for the privacy rights and the religious rights of Christ followers, however.

See, it isn’t necessarily about being “popular”, but about being truthful.

And despite the left’s whining, those who hold to biblical principles are the ones on the right side of history.

Well, the Gay Mafia has certainly captured the business community. At least big business. They’ve learned how to goose Twitter and Facebook so that about 30 hard-core activists can make it look as if half of America is boycotting your company.

ARTICLE 125. SODOMY

(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.

(b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

There once was time when we called it like it was and didn’t slap a bunch lipstick on a pig and call it a democrat prom queen.

We certainly live in different times.

Pure baloney. It's not like she'll have to go hire an attorney or make appearances in court. There are plenty of government lawyers on the payroll now and the government doesn't seem to have any issues with passing other laws where they know there will be suits. Just an excuse to cover for defying the will of her constituents.

Thank you for referencing that article Cyberman. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Patriots, as mentioned in related threads, please note that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect politically correct LGBT “rights.” The only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to protect is voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

The 19th Amendment expressly gives the feds the power to strengthen only sex-related voting rights.

So by making vote-winning laws and policies that protect so-called LGBT “rights,” federal officials not only don’t have the constitution authority to make such laws, but both state and federal officials are also unthinkingly effectively violating the Founding State’s prohibition on protected / privileged classes imo, as evidenced by the following constitutional provisions.

And when misguided, low-information, pro-LGBT state officials use politically correct, constitutionally unprotected LGBT rights to trump constitutionally enumerated protections like 1st Amendment-protected religious expression, then they are also violating Section 1 of the 14th Amendment imo.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

And the reason that citizens with religious convictions aren’t using the constitutional provisions referenced above to protect themselves from government harassment is because they probably don’t know that these statutes exist.

Regarding business owners using these statutes to protect themselves from misguided, pro-LGBT state officials and other likewise low-information LGBT supporters, note that Acts 22:23-30 indicates that Paul claimed his rights as a Roman citizen to save himself from being flogged.
