Just note, in the section quoted he was speaking as an apostle of Christ. Apostle = messenger.
Diss the messenger, and you diss his principal.
I explain to them, as I do to everyone else when asked about it, that their personal choices really don’t affect me all that much. My concern is for their eternal souls, and the Bible says they are in grave danger.
As to their lifestyle on a personal level, I say it is none of my business; but don’t expect me to not to be disturbed by it or to teach my kids that it is OK....
I don’t know any “flaming” queers, or in-your-face-militants. They seem to be willing to keep their lifestyle to themselves.

I’m not positive, but queer used to be an attack against homosexuality, but faggots decided they liked being queer. Now, we’ve got gender queer, which means everything you can imagine.
