Cruz said that back in April, after he thought he had wrangled the majority of delegates and he added some names to make the win look bigger.
He waited for CNN to declare him the winner, then put out his thank you statement.
It was a dirty trick and it worked. I thought Cruz owned the N. Dakota delegation.
Little did we know his victory list was a farce. He added at least 3 other names.
