Ridiculous. Millions can come over with zero vetting whatsoever and lay claim to all manner of public benefits, but an honest person tries to bring over a family member, and they want DNA samples.
My x sister in law got her sister in claiming her as a daughter. They got a new birth certificate done in Mexico. This type of thing is happening every day because documents from the third world are corruptible.
