When his father, Pat Brown, lost to Reagan in 1966 he took a very lucrative job with a law firm and got involved in the Oil Business out in Asia. He made Millions of Dollars and that is the foundation of the Brown Family Fortune today.
So yes Jerry is very rich!!!!
