and how the kidnappers felt betrayed and killed the Amb. when the CIA disobeyed stand down orders and tried to rescue him?....and how we had to resort to Bo Burgshit to fulfill Obamas and Hillary's promise of the detainees release???

You are stating a foregone conclusion, but I’ve only gotten 1/5 through at this time — it’s a long book with a lot of unfamiliar (to me) terminology, requiring slow reading. So far, the author has been setting the scene, and is objective about many of Stevens’ missteps, as well as Obama’s extraordinary reversal of prior U.S. protocol and positions in the region.
