My question: If the FBI finds that Hillary should face charges for her reckless abandon for rules and regulations regarding EMails and protecting Classified Information and the Attorney General decides not to bring charges will they not set new precedent for the over 21 million other government workers?

Not to mention those already convicted and sentenced for similar activity.

Perhaps the most interesting question here is whether or not the FBI’s investigation will be able to directly link The Clinton Foundation with The Hillary Victory Fund. If this happens, the DNC itself may be in jeopardy of accusations of either being an accomplice or of being complicit in racketeering.

This is my opinion of what will happen. Comey will recommend charges, several in fact and some will be espionage charges. Loretta Lynch will seek to protect her own legacy and insulate the President by appointing an independent prosecutor, and give them access to everything including whatever the WH has shielded from the FBI. Hillary will be convicted, the DoJ will be seen as cooperative, and the President will not be implicated. The White Lady will go to prison, and the Black Lady will be seen as the hero.

Personally, I don;t care how Lynch does it. But I do know she will protect herself, and she will do anything to make sure she looks like the hero and savior.

It doesn’t have to go before a grand jury to cripple Hillary’s campaign. She’ll be forced out. She’s probably unelectable now based on internal polling. There’s a reason she cancelled NJ for Kalifornia.
