The last Dem Primary is June 14: Washington D.C. The FBI will not issue any report to Justice before then.
The Dem Convention starts July 25th. IMHO, the FBI will issue their report and hand it to Loretta Lynch before that date but no sooner than June 15.
What will Lynch do when she gets that report? Easy answer: Request a meeting with Obama.
What will Obama do? Now that is the question isn't it.
Your theory is sound: Lynch may punt by recommending an independent prosecutor, and that may work out very nicely.
IMHO.....Hillary Clinton i finished as a POTUS candidate!!! Obama & the DOJ (AG, Lortta Lynch) will offer her a “Mafia” deal she cannot refuse....withdraw from the POTUS race for ill health reasons or, go to jail!!! I read this as he claims to have sources, but the Huff editor didn't ask about them, and just killed the story. Is Frank Huguenard a credible reporter?
I'm not wishing for Hillary to fade away quietly. Creepy Uncle Joe/Fauxcahontas would be a more formidable ticket. A few days before the election (as with W's DWI) might be a good time for an indictment.
I think this was a shot across the bow from 0bama to Hillary. If she doesn’t follow the party line she would be indicted. And if she continues to fall in the polls she may be indicted as well. At any rate they can’t allow Trump to be elected or a lot of insiders are going to prison.Having said that, I expect to see 0bama pardon everybody, including himself, on the way out the door. Sad, but none of these crooks will ever pay for their crimes. And I would gladly eat my hat if I’m wrong. Gladly.
RCG, I think that has been discussed here already. In deference to their age, and the length of sentences do you really lock up a former 1st couple? One solution discussed was House Arrest in Chapaqaw. In terms of them not leaving the facility, or not having vistors ( the "Battery" type for Bill ) it maybe poetic justice that they have to learn to live with one another for the rest of their days...

WE THE PEOPLE must ban together and call for a Citizens Arrest of Hillary Clinton. We, as Americans, should legally be able to do this right. People are needed in every city, where Hillary campaigns, to move forward to arrest her. What else can we do? This act will surely move and expedite the investigation of Hillary’s criminal activities. As Americans, we have this right, however unorthodox it may be. At a minimum criminal charges should be directed at Hillary’s obstruction of justice.

If Obama becomes convinced that Hillary is too damaged to win, and therefore unable to continue his policies, he just might tell Loretta Lynch to go ahead with the indictment. He could then hold a press conference where he thanks Hillary for her service to the country, but “very reluctantly” and “regrettably” feels in would be it the best interest of the country if she withdraws from the race. It makes Obama look like a hero for putting the best interest of the country ahead of the Democrat party, and then allows him to orchestrate Biden’s nomination behind the scenes. In exchange for stepping down, Obama grants Hillary a full pardon before any prosecution takes place, just as Ford did with Nixon.
No, there are no sources in the original article and there is nothing we haven’t seen for months except the writer’s opinion that RICO charges could be appropriate in this situation.
After Huffpo took the article down, the writer claimed “I have sources” but has given no indication or hints regarding any sources.
Because to do so would establish an uncomfortable precedent for Jarrett/Obama who are likely doing much the same as the Clintons.
I heard on Fox News (for what it's worth) this morning that the "Huffington Post" reporter was sticking by his story.
I once held the same view and scenario as you outline with Biden/Warren replacing Hillary. My problem is just how the rats could sell this to the Bernie supporters without huge riots and a tremendous backlash on election day.
A new theory that I have not heard is that _resident Obama will wait until its to late to allow substitute nominees before having Hil’liar’y indicted.
He will then suspend the elections until such time as the process for a subsequent election can be created, say about oh, 4 years or so.
The _resident, being very _residential will pardon everyone related to the incidents for the good of the country and let all his friends (pronounced political lackey’s) skate free and clear.

I honestly think the rats ar absolutely lost right now and have no idea how to replace Hilarity with another candidate. Would that candidate need to be on all 50 ballots? This may be the problem. The only candidate that they can replace Hilarity with is Bernie since he is the only their candidate on all 50 ballots.
