The media doesn’t understand Trump at all. The treat his statements like they would an ordinary politician and are wrong every single time.
“He made one of the biggest unforced errors of the campaign, to treat the press that way, to deal with them that way, to have this adversarial relationship with them.”
And of course, the leftist media does not think they are “adversarial” in behavior toward Trump?? They live on a ONE-WAY street. They can do or say no wrong...while when Trump hands their lying, spinning and outright anti-Trumpism back at them, they cry like little babies. And Trump did a good one when he called them on their “say nothing” position on Hillary who IS A CRIMINAL, WHO IS A LIAR, WHO IS A TOTAL FRAUD, WHO HAS DONE NOTHING, and should be in an orange jump suit.
Way to go Trump. Finally, we have a real fighter positioned for the White House....LONG overdue.
Listening of Sirius as I drove this morning the nasty discussion of Trump ensued and then a bright a cheery voice discussed the Hillary campaign. It was a contrast that might not be noticed watching TV but was so obvious with only the audio.
“...They think they are fair and balanced....”
Well, we know better nowadays. What they are is a machine to carry out the political agenda of their owners and the financial benefactors of FOX. Too bad the chorus line cannot handle reality of the leftist, anti-American media in a way that IS fair-and-balanced. That would do far more for their ratings than sinking into the gutter with the rest of the media that cannot handle any form of criticism directed their way.
Conservatives all need to get on the same page! We all know that the pseudo journalists are ACTIVISTS! They need to be referred to that name on a consistent basis. It should be done in such a way so as to expose their activism for either their candidate or their cause. Karl Rove may be right. Sleaze does not cut to the heart of the matter and does not define the core issue of what is happening with the media outlets.
So Donald Trump should refer to the sleazy reporter as:
You are a PSEUDO JOURNALIST and an “Activist” disguised as a journalist - which organization did you get your talking points/questions from today?
In listening to press conferences in the past, I’ve often wished that someone would have to balls to say, “That’s the dumbest friggin’ question I’ve ever heard. Now sit down!” Or something like, “You don’t have a damned clue what you’re talking about, do you?” Looks like we may have found someone...
Looking forward to it.
What the Media don’t realize is:
WE HATE THEM................................
Rush sure does love to hear his name being mentioned on television.
The MSM may not realize it yet, but Trump may have just pinned the MSM pawn between his queen and Hillary Clintons king.
Trump will remind them all of this moment each and every time they try to manufacture a Trump scandal while looking the other way with Clinton. He will say, "See? I told you they were dishonest. Why aren't you asking crooked Hillary about ________? I'm here answering your sleazy questions, and crooked Hillary is nowhere to be seen? When was the last time you got Hillary to answer a tough question? When was the last time you tried?"
Every time, from now on.

Perhaps, but he is a brand, and it is good for business. Nothing wrong with publicity like this.
Rush trying to be relevant.
Rush sure does love to hear his name being mentioned on television.
Well, yeah, Nina - except Hillary Clinton, of course...
I would enjoy seeing Trump slap the taste out of Nina's lying elitist mouth for that particular lie.
We are far from alone.
Whatever else Americans may disagree about, everybody hates the mass media. Like you, I've never been involved in any event they managed to report correctly. Invariably.
Socialist Nick Nolte makes a movie about the mass media and they're inevitably portrayed as some ineffable mixture of abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid.
Middle-of-the-roader Burt Reynolds makes a movie about the mass media and they're inevitably portrayed as some ineffable mixture of abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid.
Conservative Bruce Willis makes a movie about the mass media and they're inevitably portrayed as some ineffable mixture of abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid.
Libertarian John Milius makes a movie about the mass media and they're inevitably portrayed as some ineffable mixture of abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid.
This is not news to the abhorrently evil and repulsively -- I mean, to the mass media.
They tell themselves (I've been there myself to hear them) that it's a sign they're doing their job right. They're so painstakingly accurate, so minutely unbiased, that nobody benefits unfairly, and, as a natural consequence in this worst of all possible worlds, everybody hates them for it.
The trouble with this otherwise comforting theory is that they never entertain the simpler and likelier explanation that everybody hates them because, while the average profit margin in television, for example, is in the neighborhood of 80%, fewer than 12% of their "customers" believe they're doing a good job.
And besides, they're abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid. American journalism has always gloried in its self-appointed role as the watchdog over the dignity and liberty of the individual. The sad truth is, that during its long, self-congratulatory history, it's been a lot more like a cur, caught bloody-muzzled, savaging the very flocks it has been trusted to protect.
Yup. That just about sums it up for me: they're abhorrently evil and repulsively stupid.
Donald Skywalker versus the Media DeathStar FTW!
Trump will remind them all of this moment each and every time they try to manufacture a Trump scandal while looking the other way with Clinton. He will say, "See? I told you they were dishonest. Excellent post that bears repeating. Wonder what Scott Adams' take on this is?
Is it possible that Trump just executed the greatest verbal kill shot of all modern time?
Click on the pic to find Meany McMeanpants Trump being mean to the little Warmette. :)
Last month, I was furious at Rush and his take on Trump, his disregard for him, his pimping of Rubio as a “Full-throated conservative” and then Ted Cruz, despite the obviously disarray that was the Cruz campaign.
And don’t get me wrong, I never hated Ted Cruz like some Trump supporters did/do, I just thought Trump was more likely to FIGHT. Cruz fought, too, and we shouldn’t forget his filibustering for us on the budget and standing firm on Obama’s government shutdown. Cruz will be back some day.
Anyway, back to Rush Limbaugh. He’s right again, finally!
Not because he’s now preaching what I want to hear, but because “the TRUTH is out there”, as Fox Mulder said, and Rush’s analysis is unique and factual and on point.
Amazing.
Last month, when Rush was on and on about how awful it was that Trump basically won, it was bitter, anecdotal, and way too inside baseball. He was unhappy about the OUTCOME, and expressing it so, but he wasn’t analyzing it, trying to make sense of it, put it in perspective.
Still, I thought Rush would get over it, and it appears he has.
