When I was 13 a small but significant portion of my school was doing sex, drugs and rock and roll. I wasn’t very good at the rock and roll, but everything else was good business. I would have jumped on this teacher like a black man on a Kardasian.
Legally the woman is a rapist, but I can’t think of any normal boy that would be damaged by the sex experience.
Dragging the courts, babies, abortion, jailing of a “friend”, and the busy bodies into it is where the damage occurs.

Well early conditioning towards premarital sex may not be (Earthly) damaging to the individual in this age of Medicaid, public fiscal assistance for those who engage in bad choices, future advocate for divorce/adultery and of course abortions, but who the hell cares about the health of our society/the state of individuals' souls. Every perverts fantasy I guess.
