As I understand it, the FBI will (I hope) recommend to the DoJ that charges be brought against Herself. The DoJ, under intense pressure from Obama and agreeing with him in any case, will undoubtedly do everything possible to avoid taking action. At worst they might bring a misdemeanor charge against Herself so they can say they didn’t disregard the FBI. I hate to be a naysayer, but I’ve been watching the Clintons escape justice for 25 years, and the system is more corrupt now than it was then. And the populace is less interested and more corrupt itself.
