The Sequester is responsible for the broken condition of the military. The cuts were for 10 years, meaning they don't end until 2023. These cuts came on top of three huge cuts but Obama had already implemented. The military was forced to indoor 50% of all cuts because entitlements or exempted from any cuts. The state of the US military today is possibly the worst in history. Morale is horrible.

I’d like to give a nice pat on the butt to the legion of Freepers who supported sequestration and furloughs because anything that impacts govt. jobs is a good thing (to them). You got exactly what you wanted, how does it feel?
