Why do bad or annoying rules or laws seem to spread and proliferate ? Logically, they should die out
Washtenaw County is the home of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. That’s all that needs to be said there.
They put this in effect in our city and it is no problem. It is actually easier once you get the system down. Just keep a box in your car, transfer from the cart to the box.
