I agree the Chief and mayor should be removed, but who is going to do it???
It would take their city council to impeach and fire...It would take the governor (who is democrat) to summarily remove the mayor...
I don’t see that happening in California...

The only way anything is ever done: by applying public pressure. If the people of Kalifornia are content with corrupt, totalitarian government then they can suffer the consequences of their stupidity.
