See liberals, America was forced to improve black living standards because the blacks couldn't just cross the border. Mexico needs to improve their standards; get rid of corruption and drug cartels so Mexicans aren't pouring into our country and taking our jobs.
Also, its not racist to want to avoid constantly changing demographics, as Mexico once wanted to do, and many Americans want to do. Its called "stability."

Mexico never protected nor occupied the North America. Spain did to some degree, but Mexico didn’t.
