Go into any bad neighborhood and see how "unaware" the folks are about who is dealing death and willing to kill to protect the "business"

True most of the time

But not always.

Back in my misspent youth a friend of mine’s parents were dealing pot out of their house as a second job.

The father was a manager at the local Chrysler plant, owned a night club and lived in one of the newest and best subdivisions in town.

Agree - there is always the exception and I'm generally against carte blanche vigilantism, but there seems to be a widespread and real problem in the Philippines at this time. I tend to trust the average citizen more than I trust the government/justice systems for some things.

Kind of moot since we are long-distance bystanders at best and really have no real connection other than what we read and our own personal experiences. here's hoping they don't get out of control and end up taking out some good people. More likely that some of the drug dealers would try to take advantage to rid themselves of some competition, but one never really knows until the deed is done.
