And now even the names have changed. Instead of Christmas break or Easter break, it’s Winter break and Spring break. We used to have Good Friday on my work calendar, but a couple of years ago it was changed to Spring Holiday.
Well, that’s already Earth Day. April 22nd, 1970 was the 100th anniversary of Lenin’s birth. Just like Orwell’s 1984 was titled to commemorate 100 years since the founding of the Fabian Society.
