But here’s what I don’t understand: did anyone on this board watch the video and see some other guy just walk across the screen, past the lunatic trying to steal a 13 year old girl, with her momma hanging on for dear life?? Who the hell was that guy, and why didn’t he do anything?????
That passerby may not have turned his head and seen the commotion coming towards him. He seemed to be walking purposefully and might have only heard something but if it wasn’t “help help!” Maybe he thought kids were arguing? Who knows.
