He did rape her and was caught in the act. She willingly got drunker than a skunk (no date-rape drugs) and passed out. Although I think that is horribly irresponsible, he should still be held accountable for what he did. After she passed out, he dragged her to an alley and raped her for 20 minutes before two other people at the party saw it and stopped him. He still claims he doesn't understand what he did wrong.

Initial victim statement to Officer Jeffery Taylor at 4:15 am

She is not a Stanford U student.

She went to SU Campus with:
1: sister. Xxx T
2: friend Maggioncalda

They started out at one party
Then went to the Kappa Alpha party
At the KA party, she only drank “Keystone light’ beer

There were not enough restrooms, so all three went outside and peed under a tree.

They returned to the KA party

She did not remember being alone with any male.

She did not remember any sexual activity.

Interview stopped so she could pee. Doctor cleared her. Taken to ‘family room’ and allowed to sleep until SART nurse arrives.

7:45 SART nurses Joy Mitchell and Kristine Settleman draw blood and examine her.

8:30 Dep Kim arrives and relieves officer.
