Did not see anyone with her.

Saw woman lying on ground behind dumpster
Male subject standing over her with cell phone
Cell phone had a bright light pointing in direction of woman.
He asked is everything was ok. Got no reply
Told him to roll her on side to help her breath. No response.
Bent down and checked her pulse. Other man left
Both men were drunk with slurred speech.
Wow - the mother dropped them off at the frat party at 11 after they did shots and champagne at the parents house?
Why not just hand her the car keys and another bottle of whiskey.
