I remember an interview a while ago with John Lott where he was talking about meeting a young Obama in Chicago at the college that they both were lecturing at.
Going from memory, the conversation went something like this:
*introductions*
Obama: “Oh, you’re the gun guy.”
Lott: “Well, I guess, so.”
Obama: “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.”
Lott then suggested that they meet up sometime to talk about it. Obama just turned his back and walked away.
I believe this was over 20 years ago. I remember it from one of the gun podcasts I listen to.
Thanks for sharing. It’s just an abomination that we have a president who doesn’t believe in the Constitution, of which he took an oath to preserve, protect and defend, against all enemies foreign and domestic!!!
Regrettably—and much to my current shame—I actually voted for this traitor in 2008. While rooting for Mittens last time, I missed my only GE. {My mother had just passed away in October and Mittens lackluster campaign did not motivate me otherwise}
Now, after totally abandoning my former democratic affiliation, I cannot wait to watch the Obamas get the hell out of the White House and for them to turn over the keys to President Donald Trump and his beautiful family!!!
