Well, it is an issue now, thanks to the 9th Circuit (circus) Court.
If the Obama admiration can get it before the Supreme Court before the election, we are looking at a 4-4 tie vote.
That means, the 9th Circuit ruling STANDS.
If the 9th Circuit ruling does not make it to the hight court before the election and
If Hillary is elected(probably, I think), whomever she appoints will be confirmed by the Republican Senate in short order. Ruling stands.
I suspect, by this time next year there is going to be hell to pay.
Sadly, I’m in agreement with you. The left has a habit of telegraphing their punches, and this one is ripe for abuse. So many people on the right are ecstatic that Trump is walloping Hillary, but with this case, a vacant seat, and Obama playing ball on Hillary’s indictment, we’re going to see widespread violence in this country by this time next year.
If Hillary wins, the second amendment may be the least of our problems...
It stands only in the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit. It is not applied nationwide.
