Absolutely. It’s not the time right now. The country wants solutions. There is time for that speech on Hillary yet, and I’m sure he will give it in the future.

He should, and will, put the focus right smack on the cause of these attacks. That is the failure of this POTUS and his lackeys who will use this issue for political gains.
The blame is theirs to avoid, put it on them and let them explain.
You're right... a few words about the tragedy... comments like the ones made above and a finish about protecting ALL Americans from Radical Islam. Trump hit the right tone... A strong political speech slamming Hillary would NOT be appropriate. There's time for that later...
