Islam makes expressing your hate a duty. If you consider yourself a devout Muslim, then the Koran allows you to act as judge, jury and executioner. This is worse than when the king was the law. Because there was just one king and even if he had troops and his own law enforcement, there were comparatively few of them. But there are 1.5 billion Muslims and any of them can decide that you need to be punished for your beliefs or actions, or for just being you.
If we bring them here, they carry that culture with them like a plague.

There were reports that he had multiple explosive devices. The hostages probably thought that if they attacked or did anything but obey him, they’d die. Most likely these people had been coddled and conditioned into ‘safe’ thinking, not realizing that if they *didn’t* charge him they were *also* probably going to die...
It’s just their hatred for homosexuals, even though the Muslim community engages in these types of sexual deviations.
Think about gays and homosexuals in the same unit in the military.

I left Boy Scouts as a leader due to their stance on homosexual issues and joined another boys outdoor group that has a biblical attitude toward moral issues, but I work closely with a gay man at my office. While I abhor his lifestyle choices, we’re friendly on a work basis.
If I hated him, a year or so ago when it was pouring rain and I knew he walked to work I wouldn’t have offered to drive him home. Instead, I would have laughed as he got soaked.

I just noticed that we once had had the Columbine and the Emanuel AME shootings. But why is it the Muslim driven terrorist attacks are mostly referred to by location? All are reported as the Orlando and San Bernandino shootings for example. The places have names. Orlando’s is “Pulse” and SB’s is the “Inland Regional Center.” I had to go out of my way to search and find those place names. Is this on purpose for some jerkwad reason or is it just happenstance?

They are soft targets. Schools draw rapid reaction nowadays, plus they are open in daylight, reducing available cover for an attacker. Sporting events, government buildings, and military installations have increased security as well.
This leaves shopping centers, or nightclubs as lightly defended, heavily populated targets. Nightclubs function primarily in hours of darkness, which allowed him to get closer to the target before beginning the assault.
A nightclub’s security is focused on maintaining order inside so patrons enjoy themselves and come back again, secondarily they put a bouncer and/or off duty police outside to deter robbery, fights, and other disruptive behavior. They are not focused on defending or rapid responding to an armed assault.
This guy probably picked a gay nightclub as it provides a twofer, kill both infidels and deviants. However that was probably a secondary consideration. He may have looked at ease of ingress and egress from his target, proximity to police, number of likely victims at his preferred time of attack, etc...
I would prefer they be called by location. I know where Orlando and San B are, the others I have no clue.
I’m concerned that the Twitter graphic in this image may be faked. The community calls itself LGBT, sometimes LGBTQ but I’ve not seen it as LBGT from someone involved in that community.
