It was vicious. He is very angry with Trump. It looked almost hysterical and certainly, not presidential.

It was more along the lines of a kid on a playground who’s trying to reclaim the attention of the other kids, while some new, more popular kid comes on the scene and takes away his friends.

He had his best speech writers working over time on it. And yes, Obama, it took President Roosevelt calling Nazi Germany the enemy to get the ball rolling to destroy the regime.
