I believe you are referring to the State Dept’s Inspector General not the FBI.... but the point is similar, she pretends that she is willing to “cooperate” while not actually cooperating at all.... just as she claims that her State Dept staff is fully available to investigators, when in reality they all either take the 5th or deny/obfuscate/can’t recall....
Shrillary and all of her key staffers should be waterboarded until they spill their guts on everything.
