Nixon was president, operating out of the White House and getting paid by government. He really couldn’t ban a newspaper.

Trump is a private citizen. He has the right to limit access by newspapers that will not report honestly.

He doesn’t even have to give a reason why he doesn’t want to give a particular person access. He could tell me that I am not to attend his rallies (his private event), even though I am a big supporter of his. These media heads have shown how entitled they have become.
