I was too damn lazy ... given that I have totally quit smoking my super long Kool's after all these years decades without so much as an announcement to family (who didn't even notice for over a week ...damn them!...)
Talk about easy-peasy. Just buy that fruit flavored nicotine gum. I've quit twice before but have gone back out of boredom. Here in CA, cigs are $10 per pkg. I'd NEVER pay over $4.

After twenty-six years of suffering through my own two-pack-a-day addiction, I finally quit for good and for all back on 07/01/02 -- a full fourteen years ago, in just another two weeks! -- thanks to the only thing that ever ended up working for me: the nicotine patch. When I think of all the dough I wasted on trudging up to the counter and paying for those two packs daily, all those years... *ack*. ;)

You'll feel so much better, for having done this! We're all PROUD of you, Onyx!!!
