The only law that prohibits this type action is confiscation and it has to be 100% effective or it is useless and it won’t ever be 100%. The Paris massacre is a prime example.
Once they Republicans roll on the watch list ban after the next attack the communists will go after registration, then a ban and then confiscation. Then comes the point of no return for them and gun owners. Who fires first. After the first shot the die is cast. Even if 5% of the population resists you have a major problem.
While liberal pigs like the painfully unfunny "political comedian" Samantha Bee squeal about how "great" the Aussie gun ban is, they forget that Australia has severe immigration restrictions.
As in, do you have a job, a means of support?
Do you bring a desired skill that benefits Australia?
Will you be a burden to taxpayers?
They will only take in desirables.

If only that were true. The liberal government has let plenty of Muslims into the country.
Half of all legal immigrants are on government assistance even though they are not supposed to be a burden on society.
