He’s running against 22 year incumbent rat Betty Boukus, who voted to repeal the death penalty because she thinks monsters who rape and murder deserve to keep breathing. She won reelection in 2014 by 13.5%, by far her closest race since at least 1998.
that district is gerrymandered to protect Boukus ... it would be a bit of a stunner if she lost. GOP is good for 45% in a good year, which is usually mid-term.
