Spent a year and a half there as a Marine on Naval base Sabana Seca. I absolutely loved my time there however....they want a bailout from our country yet are erecting giant statues costing potentially millions while their island is in complete disarray?
Not a win in my book but more wasteful government largesse
WHAT? Honoring the guy that discovered the United States? The one that caused all the death and destruction from MA to CA with disease and oppression? The same guy that invented the Mississippi River. Oh, someone different. No doubt somebody will be offended and demand it’s removal. :)
