Yes, it does, because, you see, Cruz is the Zodiac Killer, so there, and he’s a gun-grabber on top of that.

No need for that sort of talk, the facts are fairly plain regarding Cruz:

  1. He participated in Treason, along with the rest of the Senate. (Proof/reasoning of the open-and-shut case in this PDF.)
  2. He's proved himself to be a fairly incompetent lawyer; despite all his talk (and the rest of the Congress) about repealing/defunding/nullifying the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), they failed to do the obvious thing: pass a resolution that the ACA is unconstitutional under Roe v. Wade, which ruled that there existed a right to privacy [from government] of medical files. (IOW force the USSC to decide which to get rid of: socialized medicine, or abortion.)
  3. Aside from all the above, his run for President despite his obvious ineligibility proves his oath of office, which is to the Constitution, a lie as the natural born citizen clause was added after the presiding officer of the Constitutional convention (George Washington) received a letter from John Jay saying:
Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.
Thus, if Cruz is eligible then all that is needed to confer NBC is a single NBC parent regardless of birthplace -- this means that if one of the the first NBCs moved to England and married the crown princess their son would be eligible to be president, in addition to being in line for the throne.

I missed how this became a birther thread, even though SCOTUS refused to hear his NBC case on May 17. This is a 2A thread.

Whatchu more worried about?
