Constitution trumps stupid decisions of supreme Court. If the constitution is irrelevant now, so are they. What good are they?
1. Yes, it does, whether the Supreme Court likes it or not.
2. The Supreme Court Justices are pawns of their party. They always have been and always will be. They are only worth that...and there are DARN few cases these days where constitutionality comes into play.
