I think the idea for the fart in was in Saul Alinksy’s book Rules for Radicals. Maybe some labor negotiations for the Boston Orchestra?
Alinsky once threatened to stage a "fart in" to disrupt the sensibilities of the city's establishment at a Rochester Philharmonic concert.
