I've been reading Drudge for ~18 years and know how he works. There are MANY cases where the headline sounds like one thing (e.g. Men in Black are the alien hunters from the movie or perhaps the psychos from Columbine) but the article is completely unrelated (e.g. a few people in black trenchcoats are walking down a roadway in Iowa and didn't do anything besides freak people out).
