“What happens to America if the Dump Trump movement at the Republican Convention works?”
Cruz pledges his 600 delegates to Trump putting him over the top again. Then he tells the RINO’s that payback is a bitch. A SCOTUS nomination is the trade off.
If this happens I hope riots ensue.
A SCOTUS nomination is the trade off.

Have you seen, read, heard of any indication that Cruz wants a SCOTUS position?
I don’t see him in a confined, limited public exposure position but rather one
where he is in an interactive position with the populace. JMO
If Cruz doesn't get on the Trump bandwagon, and soon, we'll know Cruz doesn't give a flip about the Supreme Court or the Country...
They would no longer be Cruz’s delegates...
Once theyre at the convention, the GOP decides ...
some might vote the way Cruz wants them too, and some may vote for trump to beat Hillary but all 600 wont love Trump enough to do it for the country...
I wouldn’t count on 600 votes for the legitimate nominee...
especially if they were Romney delegates in 2012...
That might be the action of a rational patriot but after seeing Cruz exposed in this campaign, I believe he is narcissism personified

Cruz delegates would never go to Trump! They would be on the “dump Trump” side.
“Cruz pledges his 600 delegates to Trump putting him over the top again.”
Perhaps, but I’m guessing that if these numbers are correct, most of them are Cruz supporters trying to get Cruz in, rather than a Romney or somebody like that.
I would need to look at what the rules are, but I always thought that it was up to the individual STATES on how the delegates are required to vote. There are about four states (North Dakota is one), where the delegates can vote their conscience if they like.
Here in the state of Washington, all of our delegates are Cruz supporters - but they are required to vote for the winner of the state’s primary (Trump) on the first ballot. I’m not sure what happens to them if they don’t though. Do their votes go to Trump anyway as required. Do they get fined? Dumped from the GOP? Get their Republican bumper sticker torn off?
Anyway - I’m thinking it is a state thing, not something that can be changed at the Convention. But I might be wrong.
