The Government had one week to give notice and hearing to the individual before a district judge to show cause for further delay. Otherwise the sale would be made. There you have due process but for these idiots to just put anyone on a list is madness. There are 1.2 million on the “no Fly” list today. Wendle, this is about abolition of the Second Amendment by whatever means possible. It’s what it’s always about with the RATs. They would do away with the Bill of Rights (and the Constitution) if they could. The Constitution is like Kryptonite to the RATs.
