Partly because they still have it. Things aren't that bad yet. My concern is that more and more rights will be eroded over time which is why I support Leave. Not so much because of the way things are now, but because of the way I fear they will be in as little as five or ten years. A lot of people still aren't seeing the problem.
They Leave campaign shouldn’t even have done this unless they thought they had at least 70%+ of the voters on their side.
