I never understood why they did the EU in the first place. The countries of Europe were friendly neighbors, trading, cooperating, enjoying each others company and then this crazy EU thing forced a polygamous marriage on them. and now they are constantly p-oed at each other. Totally Predictable.
But it’s the result of left-wing utopian thinking.
Note to Lefty Europeans: If you want Utopia, die and go to heaven. In the meantime, buy yourself a SIMCITY set.
The EU may not have been such a bad idea, when Europe was still Europe. But the Demographic changes taking place there have made it a bad option.
Besides, Switzerland seems to be doing just fine outside of the EU.
