The UK is basically surrendering Europe to the Germans.

The Germans are now in complete control of continental Europe. For the Brits this will be bad. Companies will leave, jobs will be lost, Scotland will likely break away. For the Germans this will be good.

Not really. Berlin has already been running the EU. GB has not been a leader in the EU for a long time. Brexit will just rip the facade off the phony EU.

tie themselves to the dying corspe of continental Europe.

Europe is a beautiful place. We came from Europe and owe much of our heritage to Europe. It isn't the Europeans that are the problem here, or the individual countries in Europe. It is that they sacrificed their individual liberties, lives and fortunes to the Euro-globalist bureaucracy.

The idea of "free trade" and free passage of Europeans was fine. It was when they expanded into worrying about "human rights" global human rights and other leftist causes as well as the plethora of CE regulations that the true evils began. This is what happens when you surrender your sovereignty to folks you can't hold accountable, like for instance the local government of the district of columbia.

I hope he tweets “P.S. Looking forward to getting that Churchill Bust back again and putting it in a place of honor.”

And then Merkel can invade Czechoslovakia and Poland.

“the UK is tired of financing Greek companies”

They never did. The UK never joined the Euro. They never gave up their currency and central bank. They didn’t pay for any bailout.

The only thing they are doing now is cutting off their access to the biggest market in the world.

LOL. Actually Germany needs a civil war to clean out the leftists such as Merkel and expel the Muslims.

It's very simple...Rules and Regulations for the Common Market exceed 3000 pages.

How much access do you need to markets whose primary goal is supporting a bloated regulatory infrastructure?

Thank goodness They are making a statement of sovereignty regarding the control and influence of immigration. Why does this situation upset you so much?

Churchill was one of the founding fathers of the European Union. He called it the United States of Europe.

EU is a disaster. An evil, communist, distaster. I don’t know what outcome you want.

Well said, Mr. Trump. Britian is going to be great again (or will at least have their politicians hanged), and America will too.

Also, LMAO at all the idiot investors running away from Britian predicting economic collapse, I am going to make so much money off of their stupidity.

Get over yourself. Has any other GOP Presidential Candidate taken on the democrats with the ferocity of Trump since Reagan? No. That is why we had Clinton and Obama. Yes Trump is saying all the right things because unlike Bush, McCain, Romney he is listening to the American People.

Now quit bitching about what Trump did in the past. He was running a business then. We need him to run the country.

Great posts, both of you!

Do either of you think that Ryan in particular or the DC Cartel in general will heed any kind of warning from this Brexit outcome? I.e.: will it possible occur to any of our career politicians that voters are fed up with the status quo, or will they shrug it off and continue to flaunt their, ‘We know best,’ arrogance?

Come November, the American people will have the chance to re-declare their independence.

Doesn’t upset me at all. But what I see here is the UK rejecting European values in favor of something far worse.

London elects a muslim named Sadiq Khan as its mayor and wants to break off ties with Germany, France, etc? Not good. I watched some of the debate in parliament about banning Trump a few months back. They are truly lost.
