The Czar’s days were numbered, even in 1915. While Lenin was enjoying life in Switzerland at that point, neither he nor the deep problems in Russia were going away.
An early US intervention might have saved the Kaiser. Or it may have just meant that the US would have ended up in the same mess as Europe at the end of that war.
